At the end of the day, each of us at the College of Business hold ourselves accountable for enabling every student with the tools they need to reach their highest potential academically and professionally. We collaborate with employers who target our graduates for their organizations and we help our graduates attain rewarding careers where they can apply their knowledge and immediately play pivotal roles within the organizations that hire them.

The University's Career Center and the College of Business are charged with forging and maintaining strategic alliances with organizations that recruit and hire our graduates. We encourage employers to visit campus to participate in classes, conduct networking sessions and host other professional activities for our students—allowing employers to build relationships with our students and gain the insight they need to make informed hiring decisions.

Much more than simply finding a job, we help graduates create a path toward the career they have always envisioned—and we help organizations match their specific needs with our students’ individual talents. The College of Business Career Center Liaison and the Career Management Center provide a wealth of resources to guide and mentor students through the rigors of searching for career opportunities, with the ultimate goal of establishing a successful student-employer fit for each position.

This is a mutually beneficial partnership. Students have direct access to recruiters and managers eager to hire our talented young professionals, and employers get to know our students and make the strategic hires they need to take their organizations to the next level of excellence.
