Most Involved Member

The most involved member award is given at the end of each semester to recognize the member who has participated in the most BDLA events. This member demonstrates leadership and commitment to BDLA. The events vary each semester, but typically include: attending regular meetings; marketing, facilitating, or attending Social Justice Workshops; various volunteer opportunities; giving tours to prospective students; and helping with recruitment for BDLA. Not only does the most involved member engage themselves in all these activities, they also demonstrate superior time management skills. They do this through managing their school work load, possibly holding a job, and maintaining their personal lives. They show a commitment to diversity education and recruitment and retention within the College of Business.

Most Involved Member 2010: Asseal Ahmad: His devotion to the organization is very admirable. He has been a part of many community service activities including getting BDLA involved in the Worldfest celebration. Also gives many tours for recruitment for the College of Business. Asseal is always willing to help out and support BDLA!
