What does this have to do with me?
The BDLA is one of your best resources as a College of Business student. BDLA introduces you to other students with the same major, background, and interests. It is a view of the College from the students’ perspective. Through the BDLA you build relationships with students, faculty and staff members.

How does BDLA develop its members as leaders?
BDLA members take a class (Social Justice and Leadership) receiving training in multicultural education and group facilitation. Students will have opportunities to develop their leadership skills in the College of Business such as leading diversity workshops for student organizations, faculty and staff.
