The non-credit classes provide entrepreneurs and managers who have five or more years of leadership experience within private, public or not-for-profit organizations an opportunity for professional development through seminars and workshops. Special “Boot Camps” are offered for small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs who want to get “up to speed” as quickly as possible. Short course classes are arranged into functionally oriented “suites” with certificate programs available. All classes have an option of earning Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or Professional Development Units (PDUs). A certificate program in organizational leadership entitled “The Dynamics of Leading in a Changing Global Economy” will be offered in downtown Denver. This comprehensive certificate program meets once a month for eight months and features outstanding guest speakers and facilitators. Participants will be provided with cutting edge leadership tools and techniques that are supported by personal coaching between each of the eight sessions. The on-line Certificate in Core Business Competencies consists of 15 credit hours. The five classes available are especially valuable for individuals who do not have a formal education in business and/or wish to improve upon their skills and knowledge in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Business Law, and Finance.
